Hello, I am Gary Ericson with The Ericson Group.  I have been an active resident of the Conejo Valley for the last 38 years.  Since I have grown up in this community, I have seen the Conejo Valley and surrounding areas grow into one of the most desirable areas in the United States to live. I have had the opportunity through Real Estate to remain here and raise my family. I am familiar with the various neighborhoods, schools and I know the gamut from where to shop & dine, to where to live.  As a small child I grew up through four family generations in the Real Estate industry. I previously had 15 years building a family Real Estate Firm. My responsibilities included everything from running the daily operations to management,  sales and marketing.
